MVR降膜蒸发器：
液由加热室顶部加入，经液体分布器分布后，在重力和真空诱导及气流作用下呈膜状向下流动。在管内被加热汽化，被汽化的蒸汽与液体一起由加热管下端引出，经气液分离后即得到浓缩液。料液蒸发出的二次蒸汽被压缩机增压、升温，提高二次蒸汽热焓后，进入加热室释放潜热后凝结为冷凝水。
The feed liquid is injected from the top of heating chamber, and it would flow down in the shape of membrane under the action of gravity, vacuum induction and airflow after being distributed by the liquid distributor. It is evaporated by heating in the tube, the evaporable steam and liquid would be together drained out from the bottom of heating tube, and then the concentrated solution would be acquired after being gas-liquid separation. The secondary steam vaporized from the feed liquid is pressurized and heated up by the compressor, and enters into the heating chamber for the release of latent heat and becomes the condensed water after enhancing the secondary steam enthalpy.
